Baird B. Brown has over 32 years of experience in the areas of tax, estate planning, and Elder Law. Baird graduated from the University of Colorado in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and received his law degree from Willamette University in 1975. Baird is a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC); a member and former chairman of the Colorado Bar Association Trust and Estate Section; a current member of the Board of Directors of Continuing Legal Education of Colorado, Inc.; a Fellow, founding and active member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners and member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and he is recognized by the National Elder Law Foundation as a Certified Elder Law Attorney.

Baird is the co-author of "Mental Capacity, Legal and Medical Aspects of Assessment and Treatment". Baird also is a guest speaker at various events throughout the United States.
